Meet Twila
Author and illustrator Twila Farmer finds every day life fascinating, and through her art, she transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary.
For more than 25 years, Twila created art for books and publications. In recent years, she and her husband, Chris, noticed it becoming harder to gather people in person and build meaningful connections. In response, they intentionally stepped toward a more tangible life through buying a small farm, homeschooling, and creating beautifully illustrated products designed to help people put down their phones and reconnect with God, nature, real things, and one another.
Twila lives in Missouri with her husband, son, and an assortment of animals. She holds an MFA in Illustration through the University of Hartford and is a second-degree black belt in ShoshinKan Karate.
