Meet Twila
Author and illustrator Twila Farmerspent more than 25 years creating art for books and publications. As publishing increasingly relied on AI and society grew more dependent on phones, Twila and her husband, Chris, noticed it becoming harder to gather people in person and build meaningful connections.
In response, they intentionally stepped toward a more tangible life, buying a small farm, homeschooling, teaching traditional art techniques, and creating products designed to help people put down their phones and reconnect with God, nature, real things, and one another.
Twila lives in Missouri with her husband, son, and an assortment of animals. She holds an MFA in Illustration through the University of Hartford and is a second-degree black belt in ShoShinkan Karate.
